We are a dynamic and growing cafe seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, and maintenance.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Work Environment

The Hot and Cold Cafe is a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an Office Administrator, you will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.
