Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Jean Coutu Dieppe. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our pharmacy and drugstore.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail or pharmacy environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Basic security clearance and bondable.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
