About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our team at Specialized Recruiting Group in London, Ontario. As a Technical Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' business operations by providing expert technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Importing files from one system to another
  • Setting up profiles within integration tools to enable seamless data transfers
  • Setting up and/or fixing letter templates with Nested formulas
  • Pulling data from the database for lists for events, direct mail and reporting
  • Building reports for clients
  • Building workflows and automation for clients
  • Training clients or problem solving with clients on the fly with no time to prepare
  • Extracting data from multiple different systems

Requirements:

  • College or University Degree
  • Applied Experience (duration and field): Advanced technology skills
  • Exceptional ability managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organization skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Proven experience in a billable-hour work environment
  • Strategic-thinking and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving measurable goals
  • Client focused approach and excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT & Database view is considered an asset
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Power BI and Power Query would be considered an Asset
  • In-depth knowledge of Raiser's Edge would be considered an Asset
  • Knowledge and experience with SKY API or REST API would be considered an asset

Working Conditions:

  • You will report directly to the VP of Client and Partner Engagement
  • You will work both independently and with a team of highly motivated, passionate people on tasks with minimal supervision
  • You will have a valid passport or visa to enter the United States, which is sometimes required for business travel
  • You will work primarily in Eastern Standard Time but can manage a flexible work schedule across all North American time zones when needed
