We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Tavanna Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
    • Provide guidance and support to drivers to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure seamless logistics operations.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Training and Development
    • Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills and knowledge of our delivery drivers.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in logistics or transportation.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
