Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Brokerage Coordinator. In this essential position, you will provide critical support to our Office Brokerage Team, ensuring that all aspects of listings and transaction details are managed efficiently. Your strong organizational skills and collaborative approach will be vital in delivering top-notch support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Broker Lead to align business objectives with actionable strategies.
  • Develop, review, and prepare market analyses, presentation materials, and tour documentation.
  • Assist in the transaction process by editing offers, tracking progress, and coordinating documentation flow.
  • Organize and facilitate client and broker events in partnership with the administrative team.
  • Support property marketing initiatives by creating promotional materials and managing online listings.
  • Oversee signage requirements, including design, production, and vendor coordination.
  • Execute administrative tasks related to reporting and database management.
  • Prepare and submit brokerage authority reports and demographic materials.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of expenses and invoicing.
  • Engage in team workflow management to enhance collaboration across business lines.
  • Partner with marketing teams to implement effective property marketing strategies.
  • Participate in marketing and brokerage support meetings to align on objectives.
  • Proofread and edit various documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Stay updated on JLL technologies and advocate for their use within the team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the brokerage team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant office experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and lease administration is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are crucial.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including proofreading and editing capabilities.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
