About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Niagara Children's Centre. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with children and youth to assess, identify, and treat communication difficulties. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and identify communication difficulties in children and youth
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address communication needs
  • Work with children, youth, families, and other care providers to educate and support communication development
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Utilize a variety of strategies and mediums to educate and support communication development
Requirements
  • Registration and membership in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Post-secondary degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Sound understanding of speech language therapy amongst children and youth
  • Ability to identify goals and establish appropriate treatment plans
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
