About the Role

As a Systems Integration Engineer at RBR Ltd., you will play a critical role in collaborating with our OEM partners to design and develop integrated systems that expand upon our core data logger technology. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that enable new measurement capabilities and discoveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical interface between the R&D team and OEM partners
  • Compile project-specific documentation and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders
  • Test and validate new OEM and systems solutions to ensure high-quality performance
  • Support process design for optimized OEM solution rollout and drive R&D efforts on OEM systems products
  • Collaborate with customers to define OEM product requirements and conduct QA analysis of customer and production data
  • Provide technical support to OEM partners and drive innovation through customer advocacy
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in electrical engineering, system engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of industry experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering complex systems integration projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in systems integration and development
  • Strong technical competences in mechanical, electrical, and software aspects of products
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills for leading discussions with customers and internal teams
  • Familiarity with electronics and the ability to follow schematic designs
  • Proven ability to debug electronics and system-level issues using modern lab equipment
  • Understanding of basic mechanical properties and ability to read mechanical drawings
  • Experience with embedded real-time systems and low-level microcontrollers
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming languages
  • Knowledge of electrical interfaces and wireless technologies
  • Ability to thrive in a highly interrupt-driven environment and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
