We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Strategic Investments to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and overall performance of our capital raising and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Capital Strategy Development: Develop and oversee the implementation of our capital strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and market conditions.
- Business Development: Lead the development of new business opportunities, including investor relations, capital allocation, and financial strategy.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure and enhance capital opportunities.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with investors and stakeholders to provide updates on performance and strategic direction.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record in capital raising and financial strategy.
- Must have a well-established contact list.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- Extensive experience in capital strategy development and management.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
