Position Overview

Are you prepared to take charge of both pre and post-contract management tasks, overseeing moderately complex and sensitive professional work with a focus on achieving mid-term objectives? Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Contractor Management Program, effectively addressing key risks and challenges.
  • Prepare and revise program management documentation, including status reports, project plans, and project definition documents.
  • Assist the Contractor Management team by creating flow diagrams to identify conflicts and streamline processes.
  • Draft, review, and update procedural documentation pertinent to Contractor Management.
  • Support the execution of deliverables such as PEMP, APWB, and Improvement Plan actions.
  • Monitor project plans and schedules, providing updates on progress and proactively addressing potential delays.
  • Develop and maintain business health metrics and reports for effective communication.
  • Participate in and lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of processes.
  • Assist the Contractor Management Manager with daily coordination and communication efforts.
  • Draft communications and Change Management Plans for contracting partners.
  • Oversee daily tasks related to the development and execution of program Change Management Plans.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership in Contractor Management.
  • Help define and source requirements for necessary tools and technologies.
  • Recommend and implement interim solutions to ensure operational continuity.
  • Coordinate with existing initiatives to maximize synergies.
  • Work with IT resources to customize various aspects of enterprise IT solutions.
  • Promote a customer service-oriented approach to meet delivery requirements while considering constraints, timelines, and budgets.
  • Offer expertise in the procurement lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Guide the onboarding and access processes for contracting partners.
  • Maintain Oracle profiles for contingent workers, addressing inconsistencies and proposing solutions.
  • Document and report lessons learned to enhance future operations.
  • Support ISN through documentation, forecasting, analysis, and interpretation of results.
  • Collaborate with clients on complex matters, providing recommendations and supporting solution development.
  • Create and manage ISN profiles, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Identify discrepancies in ISN CBT training materials and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare materials for workshops related to contingent worker performance KPIs.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for SOW and contractor-related courses, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education
    • A University Degree or Diploma in Commerce or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
  • Experience
    • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of formal training and at least 8 years of progressive experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    • Familiarity with strategic and operational planning processes, performance management, and balanced scorecards.
    • Strong business acumen and comprehensive understanding of industry risks and regulations.
    • Proven abilities in planning, scheduling, financial management, and reporting.
    • Experience in setting objectives, tracking performance, developing budgets, and analyzing data.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
    • Outstanding organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Capability to manage improvement projects with minimal guidance.
    • Adept at synthesizing complex information into clear messages for reports and presentations.
    • Strong presentation and advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite and other relevant applications.
    • Self-motivated team player, comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
    • Knowledge of compliance programs and the ability to work effectively with diverse personnel.
  • Security Clearance
    • Eligibility for Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance, requiring a minimum of 3 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, or the United Kingdom.
