About The Boathouse Restaurant

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at The Boathouse Restaurant. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate special events and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods
