We are seeking reliable, diligent individuals who can work autonomously. Your daily responsibilities will involve visiting multiple client locations to care for plants through specific tasks such as grooming, rotating, and watering. A genuine commitment to customer service and plant care is essential.

This role encompasses three primary responsibilities: (1) Installation of plant and hygiene services; (2) Delivery of replacement plants; and (3) Seasonal holiday installations.

  1. Installation of Plant and Hygiene Services
  • Develop and implement work and delivery schedules for each assignment.
  • Carefully load the service vehicle and ensure safe delivery of plants and supplies to client locations, which includes regular operation of delivery vehicles.
  • Install plants and related products according to project specifications and company guidelines.
  • Continuously monitor orders and verify details to ensure accurate processing of customer selections, including any project modifications.
  • Identify the appropriate tools and equipment needed for each task.
  • Participate in all mandatory safety and construction meetings, sharing relevant information as necessary.
  • Conduct health and safety assessments to ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
  • Prevent damage to surrounding areas during installation activities.
  • Deliver and set up scenting and air purification systems as required.
  • Address client inquiries and maintain communication with customer representatives during each service.
  • Complete service reports to accurately document all tasks performed.
  • Be available for occasional after-hours projects, such as early access for significant deliveries.
  • Some outdoor work may be required.
  1. Delivery of Replacement Plants
  • Transport replacement materials to client locations as needed.
  • Remove and dispose of plant materials from client sites in accordance with company policies.
Seasonal Holiday Installations
  • Assist in the decoration of buildings for holidays, both indoors and outdoors, as part of a team.
  • Help with the removal of holiday decorations at the end of the season.
  • Be available for after-hours work due to the limited timeframe for these seasonal tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in a trade or construction-related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience in plant care.
  • Experience in client interactions.
  • Valid driving record and ability to operate a van or truck.
  • Able to safely use ladders and perform work at heights.
  • Familiarity with power tools such as drills and saws.
