Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects remotely. This role requires a strong focus on managing projects related to lighting, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical/electrical upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Management:** Oversee the construction management of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and resource allocation.
2. **Change Management:** Effectively control scope changes, ensuring proper documentation and approval of change orders before work commences.
3. **Safety and Compliance:** Implement site safety protocols and actively contribute to the development of the safety program.
4. **Client and Subcontractor Relations:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, collaborating with local contracting communities and industry organizations.
5. **Project Execution:** Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, within budget, and billed correctly in accordance with contractual agreements.
6. **Financial Oversight:** Maintain profitability goals and ensure positive cash flow for assigned projects.
7. **Site Oversight:** Conduct site visits at least twice bi-weekly to monitor compliance with specifications and local regulations.
8. **Documentation Control:** Ensure project documentation aligns with contract requirements and company standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project/Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in the construction sector, particularly with general contractors and multi-discipline engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of commercial contractual terms, financial management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience managing diverse projects ranging from $1M to $20M.
