Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Fortis Construction Group Inc. in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project scope and timelines.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
