Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Fortis Construction Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of progress.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct site visits, inspect work in progress, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Asana.
