Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of our products from receipt to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Receipt and Processing

Receive and process warehouse stock products, including picking, unloading, labeling, and restocking.

Inventory Management

Replenish tea in stock areas from overhead shelving and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Quality Control

Perform quality control checks on all incoming shipments and maintain high-quality standards for audits.

Warehouse Operations

Track shipments via courier websites, liaise with suppliers, brokers, and carriers for imports, and complete necessary import paperwork.

Health and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe working environment and operate and maintain warehouse equipment.

Communication and Teamwork

Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  1. Strong Communication Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

Computer Skills

Computer skills are mandatory, including experience with warehouse management systems.

Physical Demands

The ideal candidate must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift at least 50lbs.

Experience and Qualifications

Warehouse experience is mandatory, and experience or knowledge of tea is an asset.

Personal Qualities

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to plan and prioritize tasks, and possess a strong attention to detail.
