About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment and materials, and stage products for installation.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock quantities and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Delivery and Installation Support: Assist installation crews with deliveries and load/unload equipment as needed.
  • Truck Inspections and Maintenance: Assist with daily truck inspections and ensure regular maintenance is performed.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with installation, sales, and workforce planning departments to ensure smooth and accurate flow of installation information.

Requirements
  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. (and greater with assistance).
  • Driver's License: Valid class G driver's license.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including scanning and data collection.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
