We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload and load packages from delivery trucks and containers
  • Sort and scan packages using automated conveyor belts and manual rollers
  • Operate manual rollers and other equipment to move packages
  • Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and temperature-changing warehouse environment
  • Recognize and work with postal codes, routing charts, and maps

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow set procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 70-lbs (32-kg) unassisted
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • Full training provided
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
  • Wage $20.00 per hour (base $15.55/hour + hourly bonus $4.45/hour)
  • Guaranteed wage progression up to $25.41 per hour
