Risk Management Director

In this position, you will have a positive impact on our organization thanks to sound operational risk management specific to the Financial Markets sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain a risk management framework for third parties and financial market infrastructures (FMI) for the Financial Markets sector
* Lead, mobilize, coach and develop a team of experts in Third-Party Risk management and financial market infrastructures
* Establish contractual governance by applying industry best practices in Third-Party management while deploying a methodology to regularly assess the health of the portfolio for the Financial Markets sector
* Optimize supplier performance and alignment with the Bank's objectives
* Maintain and optimize the governance framework for financial market infrastructures (FMIs) in line with the constant evolution of the regulatory requirements of financial market infrastructures (FMIs)
* Develop and maintain a professional relationship of trust with the executives of the Financial Markets and the sectors supporting their activities
* Participate in the drafting and presentation of risk reports to the sector's executive committees
About the Team:
This position reports to the Managing Directors and Co-Chiefs, Operational Business Strategies, Resilience and Risk Management in the Financial Markets sector. You will be part of a large team of twenty colleagues in the Operational Business Strategies, Resilience and Risk Management sector. Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 to 10 years relevant experience; or a Master's degree in a related field and 5–6 years of relevant experience
* Experience in third-party risk management
* In-depth knowledge of financial market infrastructures
* Experience in compliance, operational risk management, and/or information technology would be considered
* Experience in personnel management
* In-depth knowledge of the Financial Markets environment and the sectors that support its activities
Languages: French and English
