Senior Business Analyst - Data Management

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support the Data Management Program (DMP). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in coordinating project activities and eliciting requirements for business intelligence and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with business stakeholders and clients to document business and functional requirements for DMP deliverables.
  • Complete project coordination activities such as scheduling meetings and creating status reports.
  • Create mockups and design requirements for dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Facilitate demonstrations of analytics and dashboards in various stages of development and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Support developers and testers in the creation and testing of products.
  • Develop training material on new analytics products and train end users to use the new analytics and dashboards.
  • Develop and execute organizational change management and communication plans.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating project activities.
  • Prototyping and Wireframing.
  • Experience eliciting requirements for business intelligence and analytics.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience creating and executing SQL queries.
  • Project management.
  • Business Intelligence Tools.
  • Data analysis.

MUST reside in Alberta. Must be Canadian Resident to apply and work within Canada at all times.
