We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Financial Mathematics at the University of Ottawa.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be expected to establish a research program in financial mathematics, supervise graduate students, and contribute to the development of undergraduate and graduate programs in financial mathematics.
Responsibilities- Build research capacity in financial mathematics
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate students
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Develop undergraduate and graduate programs in financial mathematics
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in probability, statistics, or data science, and a solid record of independent research achievements in the CRC's identified area(s).
