Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional testing of boiler units and related assemblies to identify and troubleshoot operating deficiencies.
  • Read and understand dimensional and electrical drawings to diagnose and correct mechanical issues.
  • Operate specific testing equipment, such as high pot testers, fuel gas analyzers, and vibration meters, to ensure accurate results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for boiler unit testing and maintenance.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of mechanical operations, including piping, burner operations, and other mechanical components.

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and understand dimensional and electrical drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of boiler unit operations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
