We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bakers/Team Members. In this role, your primary focus will be on ensuring guest satisfaction. Whether you are the first point of contact for our guests or crafting our cherished baked goods, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with exceptional hospitality, setting a positive tone for their day.
- Accurately fulfill guest orders, including beverages, baked items, and more.
- Prepare a variety of delicious sandwiches and wraps.
- Bake a selection of items such as donuts, muffins, and pastries, adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the highest quality of products for our guests.
- Keep the production display and food counters fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with product management.
- Follow Tim Hortons' operational guidelines and standards when preparing food and using equipment.
- Availability to work from 4 am to 12:30 pm any day of the week is essential.
- Assist with unloading deliveries as needed.
