Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Home Improvement Specialist. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring a high standard of quality and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall completion of projects, start to finish, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site and project area.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through regular communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including door-to-door flyer distribution in neighborhoods around work sites.
Requirements
- Preferably some experience with hands-on work; no professional experience necessary, as we provide training.
- Must have a reliable vehicle or access to transportation.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
- Coachable and willing to learn.
Compensation and Benefits
- $17-$20/hour, depending on experience and responsibility.
