Operations Manager Job Description

At Imperial Immigration and Recruitment Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
