Luxury Retail Advisor
The Luxury Retail Advisor fosters meaningful, enduring connections with clients that drive sales, enhance service, and build loyalty. Delivering exceptional service requires each advisor to possess in-depth knowledge of the products in their designated department as well as an understanding of the entire store's offerings. Advisors aim to achieve a sales target of at least $1MM annually, with earnings potential being entirely commission-based, allowing for limitless income opportunities. Upon reaching the $1MM sales milestone, advisors gain access to advanced clienteling and customer engagement tools.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Guide customers in selecting a complete wardrobe from head to toe Build lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement Attract new clientele and introduce them to Holt Renfrew Stay informed about fashion trends and provide tailored advice to clients Prioritize understanding the customer’s preferences and needs Showcase product knowledge and style expertise to meet customer requirements Assist with floor recovery, visual merchandising, pricing updates, and other sales support activities Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and policies Undertake additional responsibilities as assignedIdeal Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated success in surpassing sales goals Familiarity with styling and wardrobe consultation techniques Proficient in cultivating customer relationships that translate into sales; possesses empathy Adept at the emotional dynamics of sales; connects with clients and utilizes relationships effectively Collaborative team player, working well in a cooperative environment Entrepreneurial spirit, competitive nature, self-assured, and self-driven Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting that demands multitasking with minimal oversight Flexible availability to accommodate customer needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Minimum of three years of experience in a commission-based sales role Previous retail experience in a luxury setting is preferredSuccess Metrics:
