Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
