About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Wealth Creation Preservation & Donation Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements and reports, and performing various financial calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data with precision and accuracy.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare trial balance, financial statements, and reports in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Financial Calculations: Perform financial calculations, including costing and budgeting, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Bookkeeping and Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger and financial statements.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems, to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Windows, Quick Books, and Sage Accounting Software.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, client focus, organized, and quick learner.
