Position Overview: Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Director will oversee the marketing division, crafting and implementing strategies that elevate brand presence and stimulate business expansion with a focus on customer engagement. This position demands a leader proficient in all facets of marketing, encompassing both digital and traditional channels, while ensuring financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development:
    • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies for the hotels, spas, and dining establishments.
    • Administer the annual marketing budget and devise effective strategies that link marketing activities to revenue generation.
    • Adapt to a dynamic market landscape, understanding and addressing consumer sentiments and requirements.
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive assessments.
  • Execution & Oversight:
    • Direct digital, print, radio, television (both linear and streaming), and social media marketing initiatives.
    • Lead the marketing team.
    • Supervise the creation of social media content and ambassador programs.
    • Draft radio scripts and develop video and television storyboards, ensuring hands-on management during execution.
    • Oversee the production of marketing materials.
    • Coordinate with SEO, web design, and graphic design partners.
  • Public Relations & Collaborations:
    • Compose press releases and organize media events.
    • Provide hands-on leadership during media engagements and interviews.
    • Serve as the Promotional Director for corporate events.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated marketing leadership with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, radio, and television (both linear and streaming).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with web analytics, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Experience in a full-service marketing agency is advantageous.
