Vice President of Operations Opportunity

dahl Valve, a leading provider of plumbing solutions, is seeking a seasoned executive to lead its operational functions. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Vice President of Operations will be responsible for steering the company's operations with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage safety protocols and production processes to ensure exceptional quality and reliability.
  • Oversee supply chain management and quality assurance to drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead the expansion of production operations through capital projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the metals or CNC machining sectors. They should possess strong communication skills, the ability to build constructive relationships, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and excellence. Experience in a family-owned business environment and a commitment to health and safety regulations are essential.
