  • Team Supervision: Oversee workforce activities and project execution to ensure timely completion.
  • Activity Coordination: Organize and schedule tasks to optimize workflow.
  • Training Development: Facilitate training sessions or arrange for skill development opportunities for team members.
  • Equipment Setup: Ensure all necessary equipment is properly set up for operational efficiency.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce health and safety regulations within the workplace.
  • Personnel Recommendations: Provide insights on personnel actions to enhance team performance.
  • Work Schedule Management: Establish effective methods to meet and exceed work schedules.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.
  • Material Procurement: Manage requisitioning and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant supervisory experience is essential.
