Job Title: General Manager, Planning

Fraserway RV is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Kamloops dealership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership performance metrics and align with Fraserway RV's mission, vision, and values.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line, bottom-line, and market-share results.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Operations and National Leadership Team to identify strategies and action plans to maintain high customer satisfaction and delivery of KPIs.
  • Establish dealership annual and longer-term KPOs in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of consumer trends, demands, and competitor value propositions to ensure our brands and models align with customer needs and wants.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years related leadership experience at an executive management level within a regional or national customer service-driven business.
  • Strong strategist with ability to assist teams in building out sub-set strategies and go-forward action plans.
  • Adept at leading an organization that is values-based, embracing innovative ideas and creative approaches.
  • Excellent organizational, time, priority, and project management skills.
  • Understanding of sales, marketing, operations, risk management, finance, supply chain, and talent management.
