About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at MTC Auto Sales. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.

Issue Resolution

Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our customers have access to the products they need.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting sales transactions.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is flexible, organized, and reliable.

Working Conditions
  • Work Language

English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
