Position Overview

The Culinary Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of food services at Royal Paan. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment

The supervisor will work primarily in a restaurant setting, overseeing daily operations and staff management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost projections.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.

  • Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
