About IPAC Bachelor Factory:
We are a leading institution seeking an Events Coordinator (M/F) for an apprenticeship role.
TRAINING PROGRAM:
Candidates with a high school diploma who are interested in pursuing a professional training program are encouraged to apply. This apprenticeship will last for 12 months, leading to a Bachelor's degree in Event Planning and Communication (Certified level 6 - equivalent to a Bachelor's degree - recognized by the State and validating ECTS credits).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In collaboration with the communication development manager, you will engage in a variety of tasks:
Internal Communication:
- Develop digital communication strategies
- Revise the communication plan
- Update group communication and printed materials
- Assist in writing internal publications
- Enhance communication techniques
Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute monthly and annual events
- Facilitate new employee onboarding
- Suggest innovative projects
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The preferred candidates are those pursuing a degree in Event Planning, characterized by attentiveness, creativity, and dynamism.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should ideally have completed 2 years of college or have earned ECTS credits while preparing for a 3-year degree.
COMPENSATION:
A competitive salary will be offered based on the apprenticeship contract's pay scale. This is a valuable opportunity for professional growth.
