Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Ebco Industries is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and maintaining work records and logs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs to track supply chain activities
  • Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials
  • Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner
  • Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction and other projects
  • Monitor production progress to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports to track supply chain performance
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders to ensure timely resolution
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient supply chain operations
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
