Job Title: Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Yukon Inn. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
