Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Lead Structural Engineering Specialist. This position is ideal for an individual who possesses strong technical expertise and is passionate about guiding a team of skilled professionals in delivering exceptional structural engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff in various structural projects.
  • Collaborate with management to align team objectives with organizational goals.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance project outcomes.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand our service offerings and client base.
  • Manage team workload and resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in structural engineering.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
  • Proven success in managing commercial and residential building projects.
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles, particularly in high-seismic areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
