We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to become a vital member of our Corporate - Operations team. Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Service, you will play a key role in facilitating the smooth operation of our property management offices while ensuring outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational workflows by monitoring progress, analyzing reports, and addressing challenges.
  • Administer the National Renewals program efficiently.
  • Evaluate and scrutinize operational processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to create and document standardized policies and procedures.
  • Implement and disseminate company policies related to operational functions.
  • Maintain comprehensive operations documentation, including core processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Organize and oversee the structure of operations documents and the SharePoint site.
  • Provide support and training to both internal and external personnel across Canada regarding operational policies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure the availability of clear operational guidelines to maintain consistency and compliance with relevant laws and standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, committees, and working groups.
  • Participate in operations meetings and health & safety discussions.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and effective multitasking skills.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in a property management environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Yardi and SharePoint is beneficial.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite at an intermediate level.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English for all forms of communication.
