At MS DRYWALL LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

* Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation
* Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, including trial balance of books
* Reconcile accounts and prepare tax returns
* Utilize MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting to manage financial data

Requirements:

* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Accurate, dependable, and organized with a strong attention to detail
