We are a leading retail pharmacy chain, part of the Sobeys Inc. family, dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations. As a regulated professional licensed with the provincial college of pharmacy, you'll be an essential part of our team that's passionate about taking care of the health and well-being of individuals and families in our communities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and compound prescriptions, including receiving and transcribing verbal prescriptions from practitioners
  • Ensure prescriptions are complete and authentic, and provide injections/vaccinations as applicable by regulations in certain jurisdictions
  • Transfer prescriptions to and receive prescriptions from other pharmacies, and ensure the accuracy of prepared prescriptions
  • Conduct the final check of prepared prescriptions and confirm the accuracy of drug and personal health information in patient records

  • Completion of the Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Details

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $21.50 - $31.50. We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience, and skills, as well as internal equity and market conditions, to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
