Catcher Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining inventory, managing supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and implementation of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • HR Support: Provide administrative support to our HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment.
