Position Overview

The **Manager of IT Security** is responsible for overseeing the security of all information systems and infrastructure within the IT Services department. This position entails the analysis of security logs, management of security tools, and assurance of adherence to cybersecurity policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct information security projects across the college and university
  • Establish and enforce security protocols and configurations
  • Guarantee compliance with cybersecurity risk management frameworks
  • Work in conjunction with IT teams to strengthen information security measures
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a four-year degree in computer science, information technology, or information management
  • CISSP certification is mandatory
  • ITIL certification and CISM or CISA certifications are advantageous
  • At least 7 years of pertinent experience in information security
  • Exceptional project management and personnel management abilities
Compensation

**Salary Band 12: $102,287-136,382**
