Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations to meet productivity targets and quality standards.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of direct management experience.
- Conversationally fluent in both French and English.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
