Based in our central office, we are currently in search of an Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team.

As an Employee Benefits Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional benefits support to employees, providing education throughout their employment journey and addressing individual inquiries. You will also identify and implement enhancements to ensure our services are continually evolving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the experience of employees through effective benefits education and support across the organization
  • Facilitate new enrollments and ongoing benefits education, both virtually and in-person
  • Contribute to the enhancement of educational presentations and materials
  • Assist with annual benefits enrollment processes
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all transactions
  • Collaborate effectively with the Human Resources Community
Required Qualifications:
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma with relevant experience in benefits or human resources administration is preferred
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment while providing outstanding customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • A willingness to engage in and contribute to a highly collaborative team environment
  • Capability to educate and facilitate effectively, both in-person and virtually; experience in adult education or facilitation is advantageous
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding employees' personal information
  • Proficiency in French is considered an asset
