Senior Security Analyst with Akamai/DLP/UBA and Regulatory Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Analyst to join our team at S I Systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT security, with a strong focus on Akamai, DLP, and UBA technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to regulate access to computer data files and prevent unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure of information.
  • Review current processes and create documentation to log procedures in Playbook format.
  • Identify security issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Architect, design, implement, support, and evaluate security-focused tools and services, including project leadership roles.
  • Develop and interpret security policies and procedures.
  • Participate in security compliance efforts.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and perform general security awareness and specific security technology training.
  • Evaluate and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT security, with a strong focus on Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems, and extensive knowledge on data at rest.
  • 2 years of hands-on technical working experience in information security, software development/engineering, networking, and/or IT support.
  • 2 years of hands-on technical working experience with Akamai, DLP, and/or UBA technologies.
  • Experience working with policy creation, implementation, and governance.
  • Experience in regulatory and compliance frameworks for USA, UK, and ASIA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior FI experience.
