Job Summary

Clintar Vaughan, ON is seeking a diligent and skilled Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. As a Landscaping Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Landscape Maintenance: Ensure that lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas are well-manicured and visually appealing.
  • Seasonal Clean-up: Perform regular clean-up tasks to maintain the appearance of our clients' properties.
  • Load/Unload Trucks Daily: Safely load and unload equipment and materials from our trucks.
  • Maintain Lawns: Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Trim Shrubs/Trees: Prune and trim shrubs and trees to maintain their shape and promote healthy growth.
  • Operate Landscaping Equipment: Safely operate a variety of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Adhere to Company & Local Safety Regulations: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
  • Prior Landscaping Experience: Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred.
  • Expertise in Shrubs, Trees, Plants, and Weeds: Knowledge of shrubs, trees, plants, and weeds is preferred.
  • Physically Fit: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to Work with Hand Tools, Power Tools, and Small Engine Equipment: Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment is required.
  • Thrives in a Fast-Paced Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable Working Outdoors in Various Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to Work Flexible Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend work.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License: A valid Ontario driver's license is a plus, but not required.
