Job Summary:

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Landscape Crew Member/General Labourer. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing a variety of landscape functions, operating equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual duties to maintain landscaped environments, including mowing and raking lawns, weeding gardens, and pruning trees and shrubs.
  • Assist in the construction of landscapes, including spreading topsoil, laying sod, and planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and trees.
  • Communicate with customers and report any issues or complaints to the Supervisor.
  • Operate a variety of hand tools and equipment, including riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, push mowers, and power and non-powered hand tools.

Requirements:

  • Work in various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and cold.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout an entire work shift.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication in English.
  • Ability to walk, stand, crouch, and carry out physically strenuous tasks for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license (an asset but not required).
