Job Summary

Mechways Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office services.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Preferred Qualifications
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
