Position: Security Personnel with Marine Transportation Security Clearance (MTSC)
Objective: The chosen candidates will be tasked with safeguarding the safety and security of designated locations in and around Vancouver.
Primary Duties:
- Conduct patrols in assigned areas on foot and using vehicles
- Ensure the protection of all individuals present
- Address incidents such as theft, trespassing, vandalism, and fire emergencies
- Oversee property access
- Report any suspicious behavior or security violations
- Implement client policies
- Coordinate with emergency services as necessary
- Perform concierge and administrative responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Security Workers License in BC
- Marine Transportation Security Clearance (MTSC)
- Class 5 BC Driver's License and dependable vehicle
- OFA 1 certification or higher (preferred)
- AST license (preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Able to work in various weather conditions
- Possession of a smartphone with a data plan (monthly reimbursement provided)
