About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Administration Vice-President to join our team at Ram Plastics Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Financial Management: Allocate resources, authorize department establishment, and establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
  • Human Resources: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business performance.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-15 people and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in finance and administration, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal awareness, and team player skills.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
